	4/02/05 "I have recently had the need to require the services from Robyn Crosswell, of the presenters. Our house was placed on the property market for sale. I needed some very quick and effective practical suggestions to do a simple make over. Robyn, with her friendly disposition, and helpful manner, along with her knowledge and flare, offered very quickly, ideas that I would have not entertained. Thery were simple, effective, and easy to carry out. Within two weeks our property sold, for very close to our asking price. It was great having your written report detailing what needed to be done in each room. We couldn’t believe how much we could do for such minimal expense. Also the large colour samples you showed us on your second visit were great and these helped us make the right choices very quickly. This saved us a lot of time and footwork. It definitely made it easy for us to plan our renovations and keep within our budget. Our home now has a fresh new look and is ready to go on the market as a truly saleable home. 	5/06/04 I asked Robyn to come and have a look at our living area as I felt that they were not being used to their best advantage. Robyn had some excellent ideas and different looks that we had not even thought of. She suggested turning what was (I thought) an unusable wide hallway/thoroughfare into a small “Kids Lounge” It has been a lifesaver! Robyn was eager to try different things out but also made sure she listened to what I was saying. Robyn was great with the accessories too. I can’t wait to get on to another room now! Angela
