A house in Devonport had only one bathroom, it was identified that a Professional couple or a family with one child would be the most likely buyers. Knowing not limiting your buyers is how The Presenters work. With just a bit of furniture arranging at no cost this house went from a one living, one dining area to a 2 living & 1 dining area house. It was decided to paint the house, as this was in the vendors budget & timeframe & this expense was a priority which we knew would be recouped. Allowances were made for the roof colour as we did not wish to repaint this, the base of the house was painted Resene Mondo to disguise the hardy board which had been used in a previous renovation & which we did not want the time & expense of correcting. The colour scheme was neutral, however it was slanted towards the young Professionals. The property sold in under 2 weeks for a great price.
